six weeks down and six weeks to gooooooooooooooooooo
BMI: 28.3 (was 29.1)
Body Fat: 20.9 (was 26.4)
Weight: 221 (was 228.5)
Chest: 40.25 (was 41)
Stomach: 39.25 (was 43.25)
Hips: 43.25 (was 45)
R Bicep: 12 (was 12 and still have girlie arms)
Upper thigh: 23.5 (was 24.25)
not bad considering I haven't been sticking to the diet that strictly…. new set of reps to do though.. should be fun I guess……
