Apart from my birthday not being until Tuesday. I had a surprise birthday party thrown for me on Saturday. My wife is a wonderful person but was a little too subtle with hints about getting out of the house for an hour or so……… still had fun though!
The Narrows – Michael Connelly.
One of his best so far, bringing characters from The Poet and Void Moon together with Harry Bosch who features in most of Connelly’s books. The Narrows isn’t released in Canada until March 2005 but such is my enjoyment of the books, I arranged for it to be bought in the UK and air-mailed over.
